Peach Burrata Caprese Salad

Ingredients
  • 4 Large Heirloom Tomatoes
  • 1 C Baby Cherry Tomatoes
  • 4 Peaches
  • 2 Balls Burrata Cheese
  • Fresh Basil
  • Monini Amabile EVOO
  • Monini Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Preparation
  1. Slice heirloom tomatoes and peaches, arrange on a serving platter.
  2. Tear burrata and place with the tomatoes and peaches.
  3. Slice basil into ribbons and sprinkle over the top.
  4. Season well with salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic over the top.
  6. Serve with extra olive oil and balsamic.
