½ kg King prawns heads removed, de-veined and butterflied
¼ cup Monini Classico extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
½ teaspoon chili flakes
½ teaspoon lemon zest
Salt & cracked pepper
Preparation
Method
Combine the extra virgin olive oil, parsley, chilli, lemon zest, salt and pepper and pour all over the prawns. Coat evenly.
In a large fry pan drizzle a little Monini Olive oil on a medium heat place the prawns, skin side up and cook for 1-2 minutes they do not take long to cook at all. Turn and cook a further 30secs-1min.
Remove from heat, plate and pour the cooking oil over the prawns.Enjoy!
